New video for the single “Rush (Nile Delta Remix)” from Mobroder, electro rapper Spank Rock’s Italo disco project with NYC’s Blu Jemz and LA’s DJ Hoff. Named after Giorgio Moroder, it’s inspired by Cerrone’s Love in C Minor. Deep fried in ’80s Miami sheen, the “Black Moroder” super group stars in a showdown between late disco and early house. It’s not hard to imagine a bony, coked up Michelle Pfeiffer in her platinum bangs barely shaking her booty to this in De Palma’s “Scarface.”
